Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making any payments.

1. Service Nature

All payments made through our platform are for digital services related to building plan approvals, NOCs, compliance certificates, and related processes.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Once a payment has been successfully made for an application or service request, it is non-refundable, as regulatory processes are initiated immediately.

Fees paid for documentation, consultancy, or departmental submissions cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following rare situations:

Duplicate transaction due to a technical error.

Amount deducted but payment not reflected in WeBuildup’s system.

4. Refund Process

Requests for valid refunds must be raised within 7 working days of the transaction.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, subject to Razorpay’s policies.

5. Cancellation Policy

Once a booking/application is submitted and payment is made, it cannot be cancelled.

Users are advised to review all details carefully before confirming payment.
